Tuesday, November 24th: A Zoom tasting with winemaker Darryl Brooker, head winemaker for the Mission Hill Family Estates group. Daryl had sent me four sparkling wines by four wineries owned by Anthony von Mandl.
On November 17th, I participated in a Zoom webinar on the wines of the Médoc conducted by the Montreal sommelier Veronique Rivest, with one wine from each of the region’s eight appellations. (All the wines were deep ruby in colour.)
