The great informative post you have shared on this page about the wine in a box but If you’re anything like me, you cringe when you hear the words “wine in a box.” The very idea of it reminds me of my first roommate, Tier. That girl always had a box of wine in our fridge! It’s not her that makes me cringe, of course, but the sickly sweet Chablis or the acrid Burgundy that was contained in those boxes. This was back in the 80s, though, so I’m gonna be generous here and excuse the companies that boxed up said wine by assuming that they did the best they could with what they had.
