Tony I hope this finds you well and from reading your blog I know you and Rebecca still know how to enjoy a glass of wine and sharing a glass of wine.
Lucille and I still love our wine world, I still farm, have a few business operations and the Fair Lucille just started her 47th year flying with Air Canada. We still travel and host wine growers at the farm on a regular bases (our new home on the farm is perfect (we have a two bedroom kitchenette suite for guests, know you are welcome). Italy has become our spring and fall hangout with a 13th century apartment in Orvieto.
As you likely know Roger Dial has passed and we held a small gathering of current wine leaders in Nova Scotia last week where tasted over 40 NS wines from 1980 – 1997. I would say 40% pasted the test of time. He had Hodgkins disease and had an assisted death.
